Every 3 months the Managers nominate the members of staff they feel has performed exceptionally well, this is open to all departments and all staff, the prize for being awarded “Employee Of The Quarter” is £75, a welcome boost in the current financial climate!
As usual this was a fairly tough decision and in the hat were 5 names with 2 people standing out as being particularly impressive this quarter. Bryan Porter from production and Leanne Jones from packing picked up the award banking £75 each.
