Superdots are the latest development in Hi Tech fastening, using our unique manufacturing process a pre extruded shaped pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive is formed onto a custom developed release liner. Roll lengths vary from 1000 dots upwards to our standard roll size of 5000 dots. We can manufacture exact quantities to match our customers requirements.
Superdots are manufactured from only the finest raw materials, with quality in mind. They conform to FDA approval 175.105 and 175.300, and are suitable for use within food areas and even direct food contact. Please contact Fantas-Tak directly for product recommendations in this area.
Superdots are available in 5 standard grades; Easy Tak, Easy-Mid
Tak, Mid Tak, Ultra Tak and our Vertical Hold 1007 grade. With our
specialist knowledge of hot melt adhesive and in partnership with
one of the worlds largest hot melt glue manufacturers, we feel confident
we can fulfil any of our customers requirements.
